Renovation:

Richmond is known for its collection of quirky and eclectic neighborhoods. Unfortunately, over time some of the houses have fallen into a state of disrepair. It is our passion to bring those old homes back to life. Our renovation methods give priority to recycling and repurposing as much of the existing structure as possible to maintain the integrity of the original home.

Preservation:

The work of making what’s old new again is something we take very seriously and we’re willing to invest the time it takes to get it right. Although it may be faster to rip everything out and replace with new, we’ve found quite often the charm of the home goes out the door as well. And while we have a passion for preservation, it is always balanced with a view for safety and practical use.

Revitalization:

Old homes made new again is the start of a chain reaction. Safe and affordable housing provides a “home” base for strong families and in turn build strong communities. We are proud to play a key role in creating that chain.
